During my free moments I enjoy reading good books, bicycling, mountaineering, pondering life and kicking it with my friends. These past summers (2009 – 2010), I volunteered as a sea kayaking guide with Young Life Beyond Malibu. It was amazing experience to see God work in high schoolers and watch them grow in love for others, themselves, and creation. My friend, Colin, started a web comic called Ninja Ken and had me do the basic design and all of the coding. This site has old projects I worked on for Textpattern and some ramblings about triathlons and other things.

Somebody once wrote that there’s no more seductive sentence in the English language than, “I want to hear your story,” and maybe they’re right. Because often you don’t have to do any more than just say that.
